- Meetings, Wedding Receptions, Bridal & Baby Showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Special gatherings
- Seating up to 50 people in a meal function and can accommodate 65 people for cocktail receptions.
- A caterer-friendly kitchen is available.
- Central Heat & Air Conditioning.
- The Belcher House can be rented any day or evening of the week for a maximum of 5 hours, inclusive of clean-up time.
- Rental times may be extended on a per hour basis for an additional charge.
- A $75.00 clean-up deposit is required which will be refunded if renter returns the premises to original condition.
- If cancellations become necessary, The Belcher House should be advised immediately followed by written notification to determine if a refund is appropriate for any monies paid above the deposit amount.
Each cancellation will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- On-site parking. Additional parking is available at adjacent Sudbury Farms parking lot.
